We focus on harm reduction as a radical act of love and survival, offering community -
driven support, education, and resources that meet people where they are.
Emergency Food SupportWe provide a “Care Bag” of essential food items (dry goods, canned items, half‑gallon milk, a dozen eggs, ground meat, and chicken) to every individual or family visiting our office. This aid is available up to two visits per household,(every 30 days) enabling immediate nutritional relief. This service supports both food security and dignity.
Senior Assistance & CaseworkSeniors receive personalized assistance with administrative and health-related needs—this includes help with tax preparation, access to benefits, transportation referrals, and connections to health clinics or screenings. We provide follow-up support to help seniors navigate systems with dignity and consistency.
