We the Ppl 412 is a non-partisan, non-profit, faith-based organization committed to empowering and uplifting communities through civic engagement, education, and advocacy. Our mission is to foster a society where every individual, regardless of background or circumstance, has access to safety, resources, and opportunities for a better future.

Our Focus

We are dedicated to harm reduction, homelessness intervention, and community safety, working alongside residents, advocates, and stakeholders to address systemic challenges. Through direct outreach, advocacy, and strategic partnerships, we support those experiencing homelessness, substance use struggles, and crisis situations, ensuring they receive compassionate, trauma-informed care.

We also believe that education is a powerful tool for change. We strive to educate everyone about the reality of HIV, emphasizing that everyone is HIV possible and that awareness, testing, and prevention are crucial to reducing stigma and promoting healthier communities.

Additionally, we are committed to breaking the stigma surrounding opioid use by fostering understanding and compassion. We educate communities on why people use opioids, the impact of addiction as a public health issue, and how harm reduction strategies can support individuals on their journey to recovery. Our goal is to replace judgment with education and provide pathways to treatment, healing, and hope.

Our commitment to community safety extends to public demonstrations and civic actions. We implement a stakeholder management approach, engaging with protest leaders and major influencers to open lines of communication.
